My Journey
My path has been one of discovery, learning, and a deepening commitment to the potential within each child. With a foundation in dental medicine, holding a Master’s from Harvard in Public Health and a Dental Medical Degree from Tufts, my journey has been about much more than my professional achievements. It’s been a heart-driven quest to ignite hope, foster growth, and nurture the dreams of the youth in the Greater Boston Area and beyond.
The creation of the Almasi Foundation, Lamucare, and Almasisoccer has been my way of translating vision into action. These initiatives are close to my heart, representing my belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive, to explore their passions, and to lead a healthy, fulfilling life. It’s not just about developing skills in sports or understanding the importance of nutrition; it’s about empowering children to see beyond their immediate circumstances to a future filled with possibilities.
My life’s work is deeply personal. I see a bit of myself in every young face I meet—full of curiosity, brimming with potential, and eager for guidance. I’ve learned that compassion, resilience, and a genuine care for the well-being of others can create waves of change. It’s about being present, listening, and responding to the needs of our community’s youth with programs and support that uplift and inspire.
Association
My involvement with esteemed organizations such as the American Association of Orthodontists, the World Federation of Orthodontists, and not to mention the various Harvard and Tufts alumni associations, has enriched my perspective. Yet, it’s my connection to the vibrant cultures and communities, especially in Kenya, through the Kenya Medical Association, Kenya Dental Association, and Kenya Association of Orthodontists, that has deepened my understanding of global health and wellness.

My Area of Expertise
Soccer Training
As someone with a C License in Youth Soccer, it's important to understand what this certification entails and what it means for coaching youth. Holding a C License demonstrates that I have completed training specifically designed to enhance coaching skills for youth soccer, focusing on developing players’ technical and tactical abilities in a safe and positive environment. This certification is a significant step in showing my dedication to creating an engaging, supportive atmosphere for young athletes as they grow in the sport.
Mentorship and Education
I've had the privilege of making a profound impact in both academic settings and private practice. At Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), I developed a new course designed to encourage innovative thinking among residents. This initiative was born from my belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of fostering a mindset geared towards innovation in the dental field.

This experience has been a unique aspect of my personal development, allowing me to express creativity and maintain physical fitness. My journey in dance has not only enriched my life with rhythm and movement but has also enhanced my ability to connect with people on a different level.
